The State University of New York at New Paltz conferred over 400 undergraduate degrees following the conclusion of the Fall 2014 semester.

The following local residents made the Dean's List for fall 2014-2015 semester at Rochester Institute of Technology:

Approximately 2,125 students have made the Fall 2014 Dean's List for academic achievement at Coastal Carolina University.

Hofstra University congratulates the students named to the Fall 2014 Dean's List for their outstanding academic achievement. Students must earn a grade point average of at least 3.5 during the semester to make the Dean's List.

Morrisville State College recently announced the students who were named to the Dean's List for the Fall 2014 semester. To be named to the Dean's List, a student must achieve an average of 3.0 to 3.99 for the semester and complete 12 credit hours.

Local residents are among the 334 students who graduated from SUNY Oneonta following the Fall 2014 semester. Graduates were honored at a December recognition ceremony hosted by College President Nancy Kleniewski and held in the Dewar Arena of the Alumni Field House. They also are eligible to participate in the college's commencement on May 15.

A total of 48 SUNY Oneonta students are studying abroad this spring through semester-long and academic-year programs in 13 countries. SUNY Oneonta offers exchange programs in Ghana, Ecuador, Finland, Sweden, Germany, Italy, Greece, the Netherlands, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan through the Office of International Education, plus a variety of short-term, faculty-led programs. Oneonta students also have access to more than 600 study abroad and exchange programs through the SUNY network.

James Madison University is pleased to announce those students who have earned dean's list honors for the fall 2014 semester.  Students who earn dean's list honors must carry at least 12 graded credit hours and earn a GPA of between 3.5 and 3.899.

Students with a GPA of 3.5 or higher who have completed at least 12 credit hours qualify for the dean's list at Buffalo State. We are pleased to recognize the following students who attained this honor in the Fall 2014 semester.

The University of Hartford is pleased to announce the following local students have been named to the Dean's List for Fall 2014.

A total of 1431 SUNY Oneonta students earned Dean's List honors for the fall 2014 semester. To qualify for the Dean's List students must earn a grade point average of 3.5 or higher while carrying a course load of 12 hours or more.

A total of 138 SUNY Oneonta students earned Provost's List honors for the fall 2014 semester. To qualify for the Provost's List students must earn a perfect 4.0 GPA while carrying a course load of 12 hours or more.

The State University of New York at New Paltz has announced its Dean's List for the fall 2014 semester. Dean's List designation is reserved for students who excel academically and earn at least a 3.3 grade-point average in a semester with a full-time course load.

The State University of New York at Geneseo has announced its Dean's List for the fall semester 2014. To be on the list, a student must have achieved at least a 3.5 grade point average while taking a minimum of 12 credit hours.

74 SUNY Oneonta student athletes were named to the State University of New York Athletic Conference All-Academic Team for the spring 2014 semester. To be eligible, a student must be a varsity athlete who has completed the entire season and earned a minimum grade-point average of 3.3 for the semester in which they competed. Eastern's chapter of Upsilon Pi Epsilon (UPE), the international honor society for the computing and information disciplines, held its annual induction ceremony at the end of the spring semester. A number of students were inducted into the honor society based on their academic excellence in these fields.

The State University of New York at Potsdam recognized more than 900 candidates for graduation during the College's 2014 Commencement celebrations. SUNY Potsdam honored students who either earned their degree or were eligible to graduate between December 2013 and December 2014.

At the University of Rhode Island's 128th Commencement on Saturday and Sunday, May 17-18, 2014, about 3,000 undergraduate and 680 graduate students became the University's newest alumni.
